Experiential Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seek­ing a tal­ent­ed and moti­vat­ed Expe­ri­en­tial Graph­ic Design­er to sup­port our clien­t’s Art Direc­tors in the devel­op­ment and exe­cu­tion of a large-scale event. This role requires a strong foun­da­tion in both print and dig­i­tal design, as well as a proven abil­i­ty to work effi­cient­ly with­in tight dead­lines. The ide­al can­di­date will be a col­lab­o­ra­tive team play­er with a keen eye for design and a pas­sion for cre­at­ing impact­ful visu­al mate­ri­als. Ide­al­ly, we are look­ing for can­di­dates based in Boston and New York City. 

Respon­si­bil­i­ties:

• Col­lab­o­rate close­ly with Art Direc­tors to devel­op and refine cre­ative con­cepts for print and dig­i­tal assets.
• Cre­ate sketch­es, mock­ups, and lay­outs to effec­tive­ly com­mu­ni­cate design ideas.
• Devel­op print and dig­i­tal ad lay­outs for pro­duc­tion, ensur­ing align­ment with over­all event brand­ing.
• Source and curate rel­e­vant images to sup­port design con­cepts.
• Pre­pare and upload design files to Click­Up for review and pro­duc­tion.
• Assist in main­tain­ing and updat­ing project decks.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

• Strong visu­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and a keen eye for design.
• Pro­fi­cien­cy in Adobe Cre­ative Suite (Pho­to­shop, Illus­tra­tor, InDe­sign).
• Abil­i­ty to work effi­cient­ly and meet tight dead­lines.
• Excel­lent orga­ni­za­tion­al and time man­age­ment skills.
• A col­lab­o­ra­tive and team-ori­ent­ed approach.
• A port­fo­lio demon­strat­ing design skills and cre­ativ­i­ty.

Required Expe­ri­ence:

• Sol­id expe­ri­ence in sup­port­ing large-scale events, includ­ing both print and dig­i­tal asset cre­ation.
• Proven abil­i­ty to work effec­tive­ly with­in a fast-paced envi­ron­ment.

Pre­ferred Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

• Expe­ri­ence with expe­ri­en­tial mar­ket­ing com­pa­nies 
• Knowl­edge of print pro­duc­tion process­es.
• Famil­iar­i­ty with dig­i­tal design and respon­sive lay­outs.

The tar­get hir­ing com­pen­sa­tion range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour. Com­pen­sa­tion is based on sev­er­al fac­tors includ­ing, but not lim­it­ed to edu­ca­tion, rel­e­vant work expe­ri­ence, rel­e­vant cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, and loca­tion.
