Gener­ic Scope:
As a CRM Cam­paign Man­ag­er, the indi­vid­ual is expect­ed to pos­sess a high degree of knowl­edge in the field and rec­og­nized exper­tise in spe­cif­ic areas. Prob­lem-solv­ing often requires ana­lyz­ing unique issues or prob­lems with­out prece­dent or struc­ture. The role may involve man­ag­ing pro­grams that include for­mu­lat­ing strate­gies and admin­is­ter­ing poli­cies, process­es, and resources, func­tion­ing with a high degree of auton­o­my.

Cus­tom Scope:
The CRM (Cus­tomer Rela­tion­ship ) Cam­paign Man­ag­er is respon­si­ble for exe­cut­ing strate­gic mul­ti­chan­nel and com­mu­ni­ca­tions cam­paigns for a large client with­in the health­care space lever­ag­ing the Sales­force Mar­ket­ing Cloud plat­form to engage patients, con­sumers, and refer­ring physi­cians. The suc­cess­ful can­di­date will be enthu­si­as­tic about the poten­tial of dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing tech­nol­o­gy to impact per­for­mance and will enjoy col­lab­o­rat­ing with col­leagues across mul­ti­ple func­tions to bring mul­ti­chan­nel mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions cam­paigns to life, dri­ving engage­ment with client pro­grams and ser­vices.

The ide­al can­di­date will have exten­sive expe­ri­ence in devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing email and SMS mar­ket­ing cam­paigns that deliv­er on mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions goals, own­ing all aspects of cam­paign plan­ning and exe­cu­tion. The role requires a high­ly detailed and process-ori­ent­ed indi­vid­ual who can estab­lish and fol­low stan­dard work­flows to exe­cute com­plex, flaw­less, high-per­form­ing cam­paigns. They will coor­di­nate experts from mul­ti­ple func­tions, includ­ing strat­e­gy, con­tent, design, exec­u­tive approvers, trans­la­tion, and more, to ensure seam­less and effi­cient cam­paign deliv­ery. The role also involves ensur­ing that QA process­es are fol­lowed and con­tin­u­ous­ly improved to achieve defect-free per­for­mance. The can­di­date should be pas­sion­ate about under­stand­ing tar­get seg­ments and how their behav­iors and inter­ests dri­ve engage­ment across all phas­es of the cus­tomer life­cy­cle, from aware­ness to engage­ment and reten­tion. Expe­ri­ence in dri­ving suc­cess­ful health­care provider and/or patient engagement/outreach mes­sag­ing and cam­paigns is pre­ferred.

Key Respon­si­bil­i­ties:

  • Devel­ops and imple­ments com­plex, mul­ti­chan­nel dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions cam­paigns, assum­ing all aspects of cam­paign man­age­ment.
  • Coor­di­nates mul­ti-func­tion cam­paign plan­ning and exe­cu­tion teams across the cam­paign life cycle.
  • Ensures the pro­duc­tion and deliv­ery of defect-free com­mu­ni­ca­tions, fol­low­ing stan­dard work­flows and QA process­es, and opti­mizes work­flows to improve effi­cien­cy; con­ducts test­ing to opti­mize cam­paign per­for­mance.

  • Advanced knowl­edge of the fun­da­men­tals of dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions cam­paign devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion.
  • Advanced skill with Sales­force Mar­ket­ing Cloud.
  • Advanced under­stand­ing of tech­ni­cal lan­guage and require­ments of the assigned work.
  • Advanced inter­per­son­al skills, includ­ing polit­i­cal acu­men and skill in and apply­ing proac­tive and pos­i­tive solu­tions.

The tar­get hir­ing com­pen­sa­tion range for this role is 45.00 to 50.00/hr . Com­pen­sa­tion is based on sev­er­al fac­tors includ­ing, but not lim­it­ed to edu­ca­tion, rel­e­vant work expe­ri­ence, rel­e­vant cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, and loca­tion.
